Ellegarden!

:o Although I started listening to them just yesterday, but I'd like to give a suggestion to everyone else about this!

Ellegarden consists of 4 members, all of them guys and Japanese! Well, though, now they're on hiatus, as members have different opinions on their songs that they no longer are able to create music that can satisfy all of them.

The vocalist is very fluent in English, and unlike most Japanese artist (except, Utada Hikaru.. XD), his English is used correctly, and also pronounced correctly. I have to say, in all their music, there is English lyrics in it.

Their genre, is J-Rock, and quite popular. :) Though, that's all I know about them, I suggest that people listen to their music. I'd have to say they topped other bands that I know of!
