Well.. for most part is it~ But on another note, I'm starting Version 0.3 of 'The Book is Wet' blog! *laughs* ;) Time for a 1-Year Anniversary nowww.

Eternal Sonata

I had this posted somewhere, so I'll just C&P. Cause my MSN connection sucks like shit.

Well, some time ago, Mina-chan (a friend on LJ) told me about this one RPG on PS3/X-box, and when I watched the trailers, I thought it looked cool! But.. but.. BUT, when I went to the store, I didn't manage to find it at all, and the staff told me that they're not sure when the next shipment would be. So I ended up being a tad depressed.

Recently, my parents went overseas, so I was thinking of asking them to buy it for me. When my mom asked me what I wanted, I straight away told her that I wanted Eternal Sonata game for PS3! And after getting it, WOW. I just love the graphics! It's neat, and yet, like a fantasy world. I only got it like about 3-4 days ago, and I've been playing it for roughly 14 hours! About 4 hours everyday, 'cept for a rest day I had. Actually, I'm playing it on two game data, since on my first one, I sort of got lost. Lol.

I really adore the graphics as well as the music! I like the battle system too. It reminds me of uhmm that one game, I'm not sure what it's called again. Something Dragon. Well anyway, the battle system is sort of cool! And unique. On the field map, there are enemies (monsters specifically) walking around. You control a character (usually it's Polka or Retto) and when you touch one of these monsters (they usually run after you when you're close by), a battle field appears. Kinda like the older Final Fantasy games. However, in the battle field, you are able to run around, facing any direction, within the battle field. The battle system makes full use of almost all your buttons.

Specifically, the O or X button is used for normal attacks (it depends on your options, I set attacks to O because I'm used to using the Japanese game system, where O is confirm, X is cancel, whilst in the American/European game system, X represents confirm, O is cancel) while the triangle button is used for Special Attacks. The square button is used to use an item, while the R1 and L1 button is used to browse through the items you equiped in your 'item set', which is like a bag. It has limited spaces, at first 10, but later on 20. It's different from your inventory bag though. L2 is used to switch between 3 different views: standard, overall and uhmm.. above. I use overall because I'm more likely the type who likes to see the whole thing before moving.

Unlike most games, every turn is carried by the Tactical Time (TT), as well as the Action Gauge. In Eternal Sonata, one of the unique points of the battle system is the use of Party Level. There are 6 different levels of Party Level. The higher the level, the more difficult it is as well as a few more advantages. Before I get to explain that, I'll explain TT as well as Action Gauge first. Action Gauge is like a stopwatch. It usually goes down once you move your character or let your character do something. TT is the same as well. However, when you leave your character alone, your AG won't decrease yet, so it leaves you time to think of how you'd want to move your characters. That's where TT comes in. TT is the time limit you have to start moving your characters. When TT is zero, your AG will start moving down too if you haven't moved at all. In the first level of Party Level, TT is infinite, while AG stops when you stop your character. In the 2nd level, TT is still infinite, while AG will start to drop even after your first move and stop. The difference is that, in the 1st level, once you move, you can stop and your AG will stop as well. However, in the 2nd level, when you move and then stop, your AG will still drop down. In the 3rd level, TT is then limited to 3 seconds (AG was originally 5 seconds per turn, but if you normally attack monsters successfully, it adds a bit of time to your AG) and a few more things. Every turn, only one character gets to move, so it's fine.

Another unique point about the battle system is the full use of background. Elements are only limited to light and darkness, unlike the other games which usually include fire, ice, etc. In the background, there are places where shade is (due to the trees or cloud or even shadow), as well as light areas (from sunlight, or torch) This is where strategy comes in. Special Attacks are divided into light and dark skills. Light skills are available only when your character stands in light, while dark skills are available when your character stands in darkness (or shade) Not only does darkness and light affects your skill, sometimes, monsters change form when they are in darkness and in light. In light, they maybe a defenseless coconut, but once in darkness, it may transform into a whole new monster. That's why it's important to take note of the shade. Not all monsters change form though. Well, there's more, but I'm a bit too lazy to state them all~

This is Polka, and she's 14. She's the first character that you get to control. I srsly like her dress.



And then she meets Frédéric François Chopin. Yes, THAT Chopin. (Those who don't know him, he's a famous pianist from Poland in uhmm the 19th Centuary (1800-ish). He's one of my favourite pianist. (Yes, classical music. I know I'm 16, but hey, not everyone is the same!) He's known as Frederick (I think that's how they spelt it) in the game, so you don't have to worry about prounoucing his full name. I call him Frédéric or Chopin, but Chopin most of the time. His music would be mentioned in the game.



When I talk about that, he's 39 in the game. (Yes, I'm very sad, since I thought he was very good-looking.. in the game that is. And has a nice voice~) Both Polka and Frederic (it'll be a force of habit now, so pardon me if I misspell his name a lot of times) became friends quite easily. It's because Polka reminds him of his younger sister who passed away when she was 14 (same age as Polka)

While Frederic is battling in his dreams, in reality, he's unconscious (in the coma), sick. In real life, Chopin was suffering from TB (which was considered a terminal sickness in the 1800's) Duuude, I wish I had a BF who looks like that!



This is Viola. I'd say she's one of the strongest and useful characters in the game. She uses bow and she's a shephard.



These two, Beat (the 8 years old boy) and Retto (Short of Allegretto, 16 years old) have been together for all I know. I find Beat sooo adorable! I want him as my son or little brother~



Polka can be considered the healer of the party, though her attacks are fine. Her weapon is an umbrella.



Frederic, on the other hand, I'd say his damage isn't as much as Retto's, but his speed builds up for that part. I'd consider him to be the fastest and one of the stronger characters. He uses a baton.



Retto uses a sword. His strength and speed makes him one of the strongest characters. He seems to be one of the smarter characters too, beside Viola and Frederic. Although, his speed is a little slower than Frederic.



Beat uses uhmm.. somehow, I'm not sure what to say about his weapon. (No, it's not that bread.) He somehow uses a long stick with a hammer & hook at the tip. It's somehow a hammer itself. But the handle, rather than a usual stick, it's a gun. I can't say it's a shot gun though. He's the only member you can use to take pictures of enemies which you can sell at the store. Best way to get money. Besides Frederic, he's one of the characters you should use when building up echoes (too lazy to explain this) since when using the gun, it's fast, but the damage isn't much. While he's pretty slow when using the hammer. (Don't you feel like you want to squeeze his cheeks~?)

I haven't played much, so I'll be showing stuff that I haven't come across yet.

There was a scene back at Polka's Village, Tenuto Village (Also known as the Village of Flowers) where Retto met with Polka. I haven't came across that part yet though.









When I think about it, Retto is smarter than usual main characters who are.. uhmmm sometimes dumb. Like Sora. LOL, okay nvm. That's just me.



These two are the Agogo Forest Guardians: March and Salsa. Both of them wield chakrams. I've met March before, but not Salsa yet.



Not sure who they are, but I'd like to say that both of them are beautiful. o_o;; Okay.. well handsome for the guy, but still~

The Flower Field of Tenuto. Frederic and Polka met here for the first time at night.



On the same night, Polka decides to show Frederic a place where these flowers bloom in the forest. These flowers called 'Heaven's Mirror' or even 'Death Lights', depending on one's view on these flowers which bloom only at night. When they bloom, they glow and somehow realise this short of light orb which looks like stars when they float to the sky. It is also consided a bad omen if you see one.

I'm really liking the new album I bought! :o Yay for Nakashima Mika~ The first song I heard from her was from NANA and NANA 2. I like 'Glamorous Sky' more though~

When I was in SG, I went on a CD-shop-feast, and I ended up buying 1 album, which is "VOICE" by Nakashima Mika, and I think it was a new album in HMV? Beside YUI's new single or was it album? Something about Happy Story? o_o;; I don't remember. I saw a few like Arashi, KAT-TUN, NEWS, KANJANI8, and all. I wanted to by AIKO's new album! But damn it, I forgot to. DX;;

But anyway, other than VOICE album. I bought Hey! Say! JUMP's Mayonaka no Shadow Boy single, which.. I btw, haven't opened from the package yet. XD;; I also bought KAT-TUN's White X'mas single which I haven't opened as well, and Kanjani8's Musekinin Hero single which I listened to once.. but I think it was in SG and I couldn't hear it well without my speakers. But I guess I'm still hooked up on Nakashima Mika's VOICE album that I forgot about the rest. 8D;; I'd say it's kinda a must buy?! The one that I bought were all original, so yeah.. Johnny's sell well on singles rather than albums, but the rest sell well on albums than single. :o I actually like non-Johnny's albums more! I saw Aqua Timez as well~ Kyaaah~ I wish I had bought them. T_T

And well, let's talk about the content, in VOICE album, there's two CDs, and the first one contains 14 track songs under the VOICE era. :o I like 'I don't know', 'confusion', 'My Gentlemen' the best. 8D But everything else is nice as well! One the 2nd CD, it contains PVs from the VOICE era, like 'I Don't Know' PV. :) I think I'm turning into a Nakashima Mika fan? Well, I was hooked up on Shiina Ringo as well. YUI is nice to listen to, and I do admit that I like her songs, but it's something that doesn't click on me. :o Somehow, I'm more of a rock, rap person? XD;; Why I say that? Well, I do like JE songs, but I feel that the songs I actually get addicted to are few compared to the whole thing. I click more towards to ELLEGARDEN, Orange Range, RIP SLYME, Aqua Timez, and all. 8D;;

Uwah~ I haven't watched anything on the 2nd CD yet, so I think I'll watch the PVs by tonight!

HIGH-JUMP deadline is upon me soon, and damn it, I sort of forgot about it. *cough* Anyway, I feel the need to go out and run around like crazy, while screaming. But I want to do it with my friends. DX;; I'm not talking to humans much, y'know. Other than my parents! Since everyone seems busy~ I'm.. talking to Sky the cat.. T_T How sad is that?!

Somehow, my addiction for the VOICE Album has made me not obsess over JE guys OR any games. O_O HOW SCARY. 

Heeey. Like last week, I went out with my friends, and everyone was soooo anxious about the results coming out on 21st! And we were like, "Let's run away!" or hoping something bad would happen so that the results will be out after CNY instead? :o Well, I think the blackout and flooding and raining is pretty much causing the delay of the results, no? XD;; HAHAHA.

I admit that I miss talking to a few people, but yeah.. I sleep longer than usually. That I actually miss Lin's and Bao's convo online! DX;; I feel sooo bad. I haven't been talking to them these past few days because of that! O_O;; A-And Lin's sort of a camwhore, isn't he?! I saw a lot of new DPs of himself. XD;; *stranggles Lin* Stop being a camwhoooore~

And Bao is.. o____o ....well, he knows my blog so I won't say. 8D;; *SKIPS OFF LIKE AN IDIOT* B-But anyway... D: I'm pretty deprived of any outside communication, so I'm actually killing my ass for no reason of this total boredom, and lazyass-ness.

Blah, I plan on trying to get my skin to go back to it's natural fairer skin. =_=;; it's so odd looking at my arms and legs and wonder if they're actually from the same person. My legs are whiiiiite, and my arms are slightly tanned. T_T I need more long-sleeves~ I actually like my new beanie! I wear it when I go out, but I'm still not used to people staring at me like I'm some strange creature. I feel that I want to buy new hats~ :o Nacchan, Kuroru~ We need to shop~

Everyone knows Yabu sings the beginning! But the one that people would always notice would be the ridiculously high-pitched parts sang by the uncracked voice of Chinen! But now, his voice is unstable, mid-way to cracking, and it's obviously so funny to hear a dorky Chinen on the radio! I heard that some fans actually shed some tears when they heard Chinen's unstable cracking voice singing, "Kaze wo kire~" in UMP. ;o; Bawwwws~ I'd cry in joy! He's finally growing up! And the magazine interviews he had seems to prove that he's romantic. :o And I'm saying.. ROMANTIC romantic! Like, at the beach, watching the sunset sort of thing~ Kinda reminds me of Hikaru's wish to have his first kiss on a ship front like in titanic! LOL. XD What? Are Sagittariuses supposed to be romantics? I don't recall anyone else- *thinks of Taguchi* errr.. XD Well, at least Ohno, Maruyama, Shoon, Taiga aren't like that! ...Maybe. I do feel that Chinen's growing up! ^^ He's finally taken an interest in clothes and fashion, thoooough, he STILL fangirlsboys over Ohno! Somehow, he never fails to mention Ohno in his interviews! I heard that a lot of Arashi fans seem to adore Ohno's loyal fangirlboy! And apparently, Nino's burning with jealousy~ Somehow, I heard that at some point, Nino asked Chinen (on TV indirectly) to state the reasons WHY Chinen likes Ohno! And Chinen's response? "I love Arashi's Ohno Satoshi! ♥" Bawwwws~ ;o; How adorable can Chinen be? Somehow, Chinen and Ohno had a magazine interview together, and Chinen seems to flustered every now and then! I do recall having Ohno ask Chinen to call him 'Satoshi', while he calls Chinen 'Yuri', as they'd be on first name basis! Though Chinen gets so flustered and says that it's okay to call him Chinen still! Ohno was such a fatherly figure, and Chinen was like.. a fangirl in love. XD;;

Okay, in the 2nd video, if you notice, there's no sub, but anyway, I pretty much remember what it was about. They were all asked questions, and random members were chosen, for this video, the uploader cut out and combined all the parts Chinen answered (where you can pretty much see that all his answers were all about Ohno :o)

The first question was roughly asking, "What's the reason that made you join Johnny's Entertainment*?"

Then Chinen was called, so Chinen answers somehow roughly about wanting to join to be like Ohno. And everyone was very much surprised, like "Heeeh?" And the one of the host (Koichi) was like, "Why are you all going 'heeeh' for?" And then the 2nd host (Tsuyoshi) said that, normally people would go for MatsuJun, and Sakurai-kun was also another choice, but instead Chinen went for Ohno instead. Tsuyoshi said that Ohno was also a good choice, and that people who'd idolise Ohno would mean that they have a pure heart! But I don't have a pure heart, do I?

The second question was roughly asking, "Who is the senior that you most admire?" They asked almost everyone, and when it came to Chinen. He answered Ohno again!

For the 3rd question, they asked, "What's your most treasured item?" Then Chinen answered, "In the Yokohama Arena, Arashi's concert, Ohno's signed cardboard... I caught it!" Then they asked if he was there with his family, or something about him just there for fun. Then he said that he was authorised to be there as he might have been one of the juniors that every JE concerts have. At some point, Koichi asked, "Where is Ohno throwing that cardboard?!" I forgot about the last part though. :o Maybe their height? Chinen did once say that he'd want to be as tall as Ohno one day! And to that cardboard throwing thing, I think on TV or magazine, Ohno stated that he indeed threw it at Chinen. XD;; Hahaha. Do I smell Ohno/Chinen pairing?

Anyway, Shoon's birthday was on the 20th! And he's turning 20! ^^ Which means he's an adult already! And well, he pretty much can start drinking now in Japan. :o I looked into his community and well, I saw that he's pretty much moving on alone! He acted in the stage play, Full House, and he's a regular on Hyakushiki with Keito, Sanada, Nozawa, and Fujigaya. And recently, he finally showed more of himself! With Ya-Ya-yah, he had this cool image, while Hikaru pretty much took the goof of the group spot. When Shoon went solo, he pretty much started doing other things, like being funny and playing a skit! ^^ I actually feel happy for him! About Shoon, I heard quite a news about him. In the beginning of Ya-Ya-yah, Shoon was about 13? Well, he's quite close with Naoya. This is before Hikaru joined them. Yabu, Taiyou, Shoon, Naoya and another member were Ya-Ya-yah with other members who quit earlier on. Soon enough, Naoya and the other member left, with Hikaru joining Taiyou, Yabu and Shoon. This may just be a theory or rumour, but I feel somehow bad. Shoon was quite close with Naoya, and when he  quitted, Shoon felt sad and didn't quite enjoy Ya-Ya-yah as much when Hikaru joined. And soon enough, by when Ya-Ya-yah is already in their mid-late teens? Hikaru and Taiyou were probably 16. Around that age, Shoon finally was able to enjoy it fully. However, by 2007, Yabu and Hikaru were debutting as Hey! Say! JUMP, while Taiyou and Shoon was left behind. Apparently, Johnny didn't think that they had what it takes to debut. But probably it's all because for all Ya-Ya-yah's shows, only Yabu and Hikaru were truly in the spotlight, but most of them on Yabu. So Taiyou and Shoon had the least screen time, which explains why they don't show much of their potential. By last November, Taiyou finally quit the company altogether, and who's left was Shoon. Though, I understand why Shoon couldn't debut with HSJ, is because he's born in the last year of Showa. HSJ has members born in Heisei Era (which starts in 7th January 1989), while Shoon's birthday was on the 20th December 1988. ^^;; Sad tale. But I guess you guys know why I was against Hikaru and Yabu then, but now I'm fine~ However.. :o I'm feeling a bit of 'Anti-Hikaru' XD;; somehow.. LOL. It'll be gone soon~

He's finally opening up to JUMP, but hey, he's a lovable guy~ ^^ And he understands english, which makes it MUCH easier. I read that Keito thinks in english! :o Another thing about Keito. Apparently, he only joined JE in 2006 or 2007, and well.. in the beginning of JUMP's time, somehow, Hikaru ignores Keito a lot. XD;; Sad, but now, I heard that Hikaru actually WANTS Keito to teach him english! ^^ Yay, Keito! That magazine scan still rings in my mind~ About Hikaru answering the one question, "If you were a girl, which member would you date?" and Hikaru answered Keito~ YAY YAY YAAAAAAAY HIKATO. *flails*

Apparently, Keito's not making any moves. D: Bawwwwws~ I sense Okajima. Though, when I think of it... it's always certain members with certain members! I see that Keito hangs out with Yuuto more now, and Yamada with Chinen. Inoo seems to cling onto Hikaru, and obviously has a crush on Hikaru. If not, Inoo won't have mentioned about Hikaru THAT MUCH in magazine interviews. Nor would he ask, "Does Hikaru like me?". Nor would he answer "Hikaru's face. Like his eyes, mouth, and all. It looks sharp but slender," to the question, "Which one of the member's face to you like (or think of)?" :o Inoo is Hikaru's self-proclaimed girlboyfriend. LIKE OBVIOUSLY. 8D

AND AND... AND.. 8D Takaki likes kids? IDK. I like seeing Daiki and Chinen together though. It's like.. I don't know. Daiki's sweet~ Apparently, the 5 members of HS7 likes going, "Dai-chan, Dai-chan~" and all. ^^ And he actually takes their request on posing! Takaki though, looks good with Chinen, as somehow, Chinen seems to walk all over Takaki, and Takaki lets him be! Daiki with Ryutaro is cute! I feel that Daiki should be part of 7 instead of BEST. 8D

AGH, why am I talking about HSJ again? XD;; IDK. :o I should go watch their Debut Concert DVD or something. B-But.. I srsly don't want to be listening to UMP over and over and ovvvvvverrrrrrrr again. B-BUT I WONDER IF THRILL IS PART? LOL. No. ;o; I need to download the Summary videos now. And get a better quality of THRILL, like SRSLY. WHAT DOES A GIRL NEED TO DO TO GET A GOOD QUALITY OF SOME SMEXY bare chest + hip thrust + hikaru/takaki making weird noises DANCING. ;o; I'm sad now.

- Most? ...*a long moment of silence*... There was probably something, な~♫ *too hungry to remember* I can recall the times where we annoyed Nacchan with our constant repetition! But also, I remember the times when she was laughing a lot when she was watching HSJ on my PSP during my birthday.

- It's not what she said, but rather what she wrote. 8D I remember reading through her mini 'Memory / Goal' book where we have our own, and I only saw the front pages. - Mean? Yeah, I know I am. But for one thing is, I'm easily angered, and rather scary when I'm angry. XD That's the people close to me, but people not close to me usually has a bad impression of me. According to some people, they were surprised that I'm easy to talk to, and rather comforting. :| I don't think I really show that side to some people, no? Though, I don't quite want to show my caring side. XD

- I have this 'big sister' sort of characteristic! It only comes out when I'm with people my age or younger than me, but online. You'd be surprised to how doting I am towards them. I like this side, maybe because I don't really let it show IRL, な~♫ XD I actually like children, not all of them, but some. Not here though. :| Kids here now are getting ruder, to the point where I'd actually get a shovel and beat them up with it while digging their eyes out. 8D I don't mind being a teacher~

- Although I'm pretty much okay with how I am, I hate the scary short-tempered side of me. After a while, my mind snaps back to normal as if I just woke up, and I'll be like, "あ~ I did it again!" that sort of thing. But I also hate the fact that I'm quite shy about apologizing, perhaps maybe it's because I'm the type who wants to keep my pride. 8D Despite the fact that my pride was destroyed when I find myself in the wrong! That characteristic of trying to look strong, な~ Although that's fine with me. Another one thing I hate is that I'm pretty much an individualist, and having friends online, I'm quite a pushover as well. They don't do it on purpose, but sometimes when they say they like this sort of story, I'd end up planning to write them one! So being an individualist + pushover isn't good. @_@;; It's quite sad~

- Hikaru from HSJ! XD There's many reasons to that! Many members have said about this in magazine interviews. Hikaru's the joker of the group, as well as one of the members who brings up the mood! From the videos, he pretty much shows a friendly, smiling side, doing these funny things. A rather goofy, silly dweeb~ XD Seeing that silly smile of his actually makes me smile as well, な~ There's a few reasons to it as well. 8D But I'll stop here before I die from the rapid heart beating. *nervous laugh*

No, actually, why I'm so obsessed about having my room done and clean is that.. I really want to finish what I want to do before time is over, and I do have the motivation now! If I don't do it now, it'll gone, ね~ ♥ Somehow, in the past, nothing seems to keep my motivation up, but now, the songs help me to keep motivated! (＾ω＾) I'm very happy because of that.

I have started on fan fictions, original stories, and icons. I will soon get started on more graphic works, like wallpaper, banners, and maybe animated GIFs! :D There's a few things I'd like to do too, like.. try knitting, and いけばな! ♥ Well, I probably need to get started on those. But first, I need to wait for my parents to get home so we can start re-arranging the furnitures, and then I can get a new workspace. But I'd need to put back my stuff! D'X Actually, after having to pack most of my stuff, I was wondering, "Wait! I packed all my stuff!" as if I was moving to a new house! Ahahaha. But I'm just rearranging my stuff, and well, the extra stuff makes it hard. Now, it's so empty that it does look like I'm moving! Hahahaha!

Actually, when I was still supporting Shoon and Ya-Ya-yah, without doubt, I did blame you and Yabu for making Ya-Ya-yah with no chance of debuting now, but I want to take that back. It's not like you had a choice, ne! So I'm sorry for harbouring those kind of awful feelings ne~

I'd want to continue support JE Groups, especially Hey! Say! JUMP and Arashi, for making a huge change and influence on my life! I may have not gone this far to change how I was back then! I feel that the me now, is much better than the me then. :D Although, I said I'd want to continue support JE Groups, but I'd like to so much want to support you without changing my favourite, ne!

*clamps hands together* So, I hope that my blessing and wishes for today would be fulfilled, ne~ And one day, I will write you a fan letter, telling you what I had said now, and maybe in the future.

There are probably a few things that has changed about me, ne~ This may be just a dumb me speaking, but I do feel that when I do my daily stuff, when I wake up, I'd think, "Ne.. I wonder what's Hikaru and JUMP doing. Probably working or studying!" and I'd laugh to myself about it, trying to imagine the life of an idol! And from that onwards, I'd always imagined living an idol's life from your view instead of mine. XD
